The program is designed for professionals in the first five years of their career who want to grow faster and more intentionally than their environment allows on its own. That includes people who feel stuck, people who are moving but want to move with more purpose, and people who are approaching a transition and want to navigate it well. The common thread is an active interest in taking ownership of their own professional trajectory.
We work with professionals across a range of industries. The challenges of early-career development share enough common ground that the program's frameworks apply broadly. That said, mentor matching takes industry context seriously. We aim to pair you with someone who understands the specific dynamics of your field, not just professional development in the abstract.
Each track runs on a defined cycle, typically six months, with the option to continue or transition to a different track based on where you are at the end of the cycle. The cycle length is intentional. Short enough to maintain momentum, long enough to allow a real relationship to develop and real work to happen. Commitments shorter than this tend not to produce the depth that makes mentoring worthwhile.
Yes. Mentoring sessions are conducted remotely by default, which allows us to match professionals with the right mentor regardless of geographic location. In-person sessions are available for participants based in or near Wrocław when schedules permit and when the nature of the session benefits from it.
Sessions are structured conversations, not lectures. Before each session, you bring a focus area or a specific situation you are navigating. The mentor helps you think through it, challenges your assumptions where useful, and offers perspective based on their own experience. Sessions often end with a small commitment or experiment for the following cycle. The format keeps things grounded in reality rather than in the abstract.
Matching is based on a combination of factors: your field and current role context, the specific goals you have articulated during intake, your preferred working style, and what kind of mentoring dynamic you would find most useful. We present two or three potential mentors and facilitate brief introductory conversations before you commit to any pairing. Chemistry matters and we take it seriously.
We review fit at the midpoint of each cycle. If the match is not producing the kind of relationship either party had hoped for, we discuss whether a rematch would serve you better. This is not uncommon and there is no stigma attached to it. The goal is a mentoring relationship that actually works, not one that technically exists on paper.
The intake conversation is specifically designed to answer that question. Track placement is based on where you are in your career, what your current challenges look like, and what you are trying to move toward. The tracks are not rigid categories. If your situation does not fit neatly into one, we design around your actual circumstances rather than forcing a fit.
The intake process begins with a written questionnaire that helps us understand your background, current situation, and what you are hoping to get from mentoring. That is followed by a sixty-minute discovery conversation where we go deeper. Based on both, we recommend a track and identify potential mentor matches. The whole intake process typically takes one to two weeks from initial contact.
There is an intake process rather than a selection process. The intake conversation is about fit: whether the program is genuinely suited to where you are and what you need. We are looking for people who are actively engaged with their own growth, not people who have already figured everything out. If the program does not seem like the right fit, we will say so clearly and explain why.
No formal preparation is required. It helps to have a rough sense of what is not working or what you would like to develop, but you do not need to arrive with a polished answer. The intake process is designed to help you articulate things you may not have put into words yet. Come as you are.
Depending on the track, you can expect to invest between one and two hours per week across sessions, preparation, and any between-session work you agree to with your mentor. The program is designed to fit around a full-time professional schedule rather than add unrealistic demands on top of one.
Sessions are available in both Polish and English depending on mentor availability and mentee preference. The program materials are produced in English but can be discussed in either language. Let us know your preference during intake and we will match accordingly.
Use the contact form on the Contact page, or reach out by email or phone. Introduce yourself briefly and we will respond with next steps within a few business days. There is no formal application. The first step is just a conversation.
